Advising II

Advising II is a 3-month recruiting strategy program that tracks performance over time and determines when and how an athlete should begin college recruiting.

Purpose

A 3-month recruiting strategy program designed to track performance over time, refine college fit, and determine true recruiting readiness.

What Advising II Includes

1

1:1 Recruiting Clarity Call (Phone or Video Call)

A structured consultation covering:

  • Athlete goals and background
  • Current recruiting timeline
  • Explanation of college levels (DI / DII / DIII / NAIA / JUCO)
  • What coaches actually evaluate in goalkeepers
  • Key recruiting rules and important dates
  • Common recruiting mistakes families make
2

3-Month Structured Advising Program

A guided evaluation period aligned with a competitive season or development cycle.

  • Covers approximately 3 months
  • Designed to track trends, not snapshots
  • Focused on recruiting readiness, not coaching
3

Two 1:1 Recruiting Strategy Calls (Phone or Video Call)

Call #1 – Initial Deep Evaluation

  • Recruiting goals and athlete profile
  • Initial level projection with range
  • Recruiting roadmap creation
  • Development priorities

Call #2 – Progress & Readiness Review

  • Performance reassessment
  • Updated level projection
  • Recruiting readiness verdict
  • Clear next-step recommendation
4

Two Full Game Film and Training Reviews (1st Month and 3rd Month)

You privately review one full match the first month and the third month. Each review includes curated clip analysis focusing on:

  • Shot-stopping consistency
  • Decision-making under pressure
  • Distribution reliability
  • Command of the box
  • Game management and coach-confidence traits
  • Trend tracking across months

Month 1 → Baseline evaluation | Month 2 → Adjustment & consistency | Month 3 → Recruiting readiness assessment

5

Updated Level Projection with Range

A refined recruiting evaluation showing:

  • Realistic college level range
  • Evidence-based explanation
  • What separates the athlete from higher levels
  • Progress across the 3 months

This is trend-based, not single-game opinion.

6

Recruiting Roadmap (6–12 Months)

A customized strategic plan including:

  • Recruiting timeline by graduation year
  • Development priorities
  • Video preparation strategy
  • Recruiting milestones
  • Readiness checkpoints

Updated after the second strategy call.

7

Level and School Prototype

Directional recruiting guidance including:

  • Types of programs that fit the athlete
  • Conference-level expectations
  • Academic/athletic fit considerations
  • Recruiting landscape education

(Not a school list — that belongs in recruiting tiers.)

8

Highlight Video Strategy Guidance

Professional direction on:

  • What clips coaches care about
  • Structure of effective goalkeeper highlights
  • Common video mistakes
  • Timing of video creation

This prepares families for recruiting execution.

9

Recruiting Readiness Verdict

A clear, honest assessment delivered verbally and in writing. Classification into one of three categories:

  • Ready to recruit now
  • Near ready with targeted improvements
  • Not ready yet

Includes level-specific readiness, evidence-based explanation, realistic expectations of coach response, and a clear recommendation for next steps.

10

Written Progress & Final Summary Report

Delivered at the end of the program:

  • Updated level projection
  • Key performance trends
  • Strengths and priorities
  • Recruiting readiness verdict
  • Actionable next steps

Provides tangible closure and clarity.
